What guides us at Ethicore
Our mission
At Ethicore, our mission is to craft interiors that blend elegance, functionality, and personal meaning. We partner closely with clients to transform ideas into refined spaces—guiding each project from concept to completion with clarity, creativity, and care.
Our values
Everything we do is rooted in purpose, integrity, and collaboration. We believe in designing with intention, delivering with excellence, and building lasting relationships through clear communication and trust. Our work is driven by a commitment to quality, timelessness over trends, and a passion for creating spaces that feel as good as they look.
How we work
One team, from first walkthrough to closed permit
Ethicore is a design-build remodeling company. Our designers plan the layout and help you choose every finish, and the same team handles the engineering, permits, construction, and final inspections. Most of our work is in homes and condos around Tampa Bay, along with select commercial interiors.

One contract, one point of contact
Designers and builders work as one team, so plans are drawn with construction in mind and the people who drew them can answer the inspector on site. You deal with one company from the first walkthrough to handover.
Every selection priced before demolition
Layouts, finishes, and fixtures are settled during planning and reviewed as physical samples in your own light. Each one goes into a single schedule with prices, model numbers, and lead times, so you know the cost before anything is torn out.
Permits opened, inspected, and closed
We prepare the drawings, coordinate the engineering, and take the application through plan review. Then we meet every inspector and follow the permit until the city or county closes it, with condo and HOA approvals handled along the way.
Rooted in Tampa Bay
We work in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, and the communities around the bay. That means knowing the local building departments and flood-zone rules, and choosing materials for the sun, humidity, and salt air they will live with.
